Leading the taxation and compliance function for a portfolio of corporate and individual clients. Income tax, sales tax, withholding compliance, FBR notices and regulatory advisory, managed end-to-end through IRIS, E.FBR and PRA portals.
Built and led internal audit coverage for a large real estate developer. Risk assessments, internal control reviews, compliance and operational audits, and reporting to senior management, with process improvements that strengthened controls over cash, procurement and project costs.
Managed the complete accounts and finance function: financial reporting, budgeting, bank and ledger reconciliations, payroll and cash flow management, with ERP-based accounting.
Led project-based construction accounting: supplier and subcontractor reconciliations, cost tracking, management reporting and coordination with external auditors.
